Reporting a Concern

UCB has a global commitment to ethics and integrity in everything that we do, and we are committed to promoting open communications at all levels of the organization. All employees also have an obligation to share any concerns related to potential violations of internal or external requirements or unethical behavior by UCB’s employees or its agents. Employees can report concerns to their manager, to Ethics and Compliance, Talent, Legal or via this UCB Integrity Line operated by Convercent.

The exact text of the message you are about to leave will be passed on to the UCB Ethics and Compliance Department. You can leave your name and contact details, or you may choose to remain anonymous. The decision is yours.

UCB respects your anonymity and will not take any steps to attempt to identify you. Nevertheless, if you want to be 100 percent sure about your anonymity, we advise you not to send a message to this portal from a company device.

Please know that per UCB’s Code of Conduct, UCB does not tolerate retaliation against any colleague who in good faith seeks advice, raises a concern or reports misconduct. Any such retaliation is strictly prohibited.

This portal is NOT for reporting adverse events related to a UCB product. If you wish to report an adverse event, please contact UCB’s office in your home country or UCB HQ in Belgium if there is no office in your home country.

Please note that once you submit your message you will be asked to enter a password, and you will also receive a unique case number. Please be sure to write your password and unique number down carefully because this will permit you to return to the Integrity Line portal, access your case, and read and reply to any responses. Generally, an initial response will be available within one week.
